
Meet Chef Josh
Josh Bianchi was born and raised in upstate NY. He entered the kitchens @ 13 in a catering company, Washing dishes and Working in kitchens around the Hudson Valley as a teenager. It was there he gained his love for food and pursued his journey as a chef. He’s cooked and worked his way up the brigades under some of the world’s best Chefs and restauranteurs throughout NYC, Philly, Massachusetts, Kansas City and Miami before landing in Las Vegas.
